Black Cuse Pride, ACR Health, CNY Pride, and Sage are continually involved with the challenge of identifying community needs. In order to activate together to help the many community resource providers in Central New York better understand the unique needs of the LGBTQ community, we have collectively organized the following Community Needs Assessment Survey.  If you feel that this may not apply to you, please encourage others who may not be aware of the survey to participate. During these difficult times, keep an eye out for opportunities to support others in your communities!
