PHOTo & VIDEO POLICY

By entering any publicly hosted and/or sponsored CNY PRIDE event, including the CNY PRIDE FESTIVAL AND PARADE, and participating in the activities therein, attendees hereby grant CNY PRIDE and associated staff and volunteers on behalf of themselves and any minors under their care the right and permission to photograph and/or record them and any minors under their care in connection with CNY PRIDE, and to use the photograph and/or recording for promotional and educational purposes only, and to not use the photograph and/or recording for commercial purposes or for profit, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration. Attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind. Attendees reserve the right to contact CNY PRIDE if they see their image being used in a way that compromises their safety or well-being. 

 

Attendees understand that photographers and videographers not associated with CNY PRIDE may be in attendance. While CNY PRIDE cannot enforce or guarantee how these images are used, photographers and videographers are encouraged to seek consent and secure releases for any images they intend to use for a commercial purpose.
