CNY Pride 2023 Vendor Registration

Welcome to CNY Pride 2023! We are excited that you want to be a vendor with us this year. We look forward to celebrating community, visibility, acceptance, love, and Pride with you! 

Please see below for our current vendor rates and registration information.

Vendor Rates: 

Non-Profit Vendors: $500

For-Profit Vendors: $750

Food Vendors: $300 

Small Craft Vendors: $100 

Extras: electrical access ($70)

CNY Pride Inc is a 501c3 not-for-profit and all donations are tax deductible.

Please note: 

• Vendors should bring their own tent, table, seating arrangements, and anything else they need. CNY Pride will provide one vending space and inclusion of your business name anywhere vendors are listed. 
• Please only purchase ONE slot for your business, unless you have recieved permission from the CNY Pride board to purchase more than one slot. We have a very high demand for vendor at this event, and would like represent as many folks and businesses as possible.  
• Vendors are responsible for showing proof of insurance.  
• CNY Pride is not responsible for any damages, injury, theft, or loss of any kind.
• CNY Pride reserves the right to refuse and refund any vendor for any reason. 
• We will communicate with you if we need to make any changes to your registration. 
• We will reach out as we get closer to the event with more details around setup, load in, parking, etc.
