About the event
Thousands of people from Central New York and Canada attend the annual CNY Pride Festival. As the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising we anticipate our biggest crowd yet. Please see below for our current vendor rates and registration information.
Vendor Rates*:
Non-Profit Vendors: $200
For-Profit Vendors: $500
Food Vendors: $600
*Includes 2 festival entries, 1 table, and 2 chairs
*Extras: electrical access ($70); extra chairs ($10 each); extra table ($15 each)

Commercial Vendor Registration
Vendor spaces will be 10’ x 10’ and Vendors/Exhibitors may provide their own fireproof tent or canopy. All vendors are entitled to a table and two chairs as well as 2 festival entries permitting free attendance to 2 people.
