Exhibitor Registration

Thousands of people from Central New York and Canada attend the annual CNY Pride Festival. Please see below for our current exhibitor rates and registration information.

CNY Pride is a not for profit community interest organization. All revenue raised goes directly to the operational and running costs of producing the Pride Festival, Pride Parade, and other CNY Pride community programs.

If you will require power at the festival, you must complete a Power Requirements form for the City of Syracuse. You can download the form HERE. Completed forms must be returned to festival@cnypride.org.

Exhibitor Rates*:

Non-Profit Vendors: $200

For-Profit Vendors: $500

Food Vendors: $350

 

*Includes 2 festival entries, 1 table, and 2 chairs

*Extras: electrical access ($70); extra chairs ($10 each); extra table ($15 each)
