Festival Attendance

No outside coolers allowed

No dogs allowed in the festival area (service animals only, please!)

Absolutely no outside alcohol

Photography Policy
CNY Pride volunteer photographers and film crews are in attendance on the event sites and attendees give permission for photographic material to be used for CNY Pride promotional purposes. There may also be representatives of the LGBT+ and mainstream media outlets in attendance documenting the events for editorial reporting purposes. If you do not wish your image to be captured by them please make it clear to them if you are approached.
Exhibitors and Vendors

The festival site will be open from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM. Set-up can begin at 9:00 AM, no earlier.

There will be no vehicles allowed on the Festival site prior to 5pm for removal and clean-up. If you choose to breakdown early and leave, you must carry everything out.

Any tents and/or canopies, supplied by vendor/exhibitor, must be fireproof.

All tents and/or canopies must be secured by weights; they can NOT be staked.

No alcoholic beverages may be carried onto or sold or distributed at the Festival site.

All Vendors/Exhibitors are required to follow all New York State, Onondaga County, and City of Syracuse laws and ordinances.

Before leaving the Festival site, vendors/exhibitors are asked to remove any unused literature, clean the area around their space, and return their chairs and table(s) to a specified area for stacking chairs and tables.

NOTE: If CNY Pride has to throw away your trash, you will be assessed a clean-up fee of $250.
Parade Participants
Any motor vehicle participating in the any parade or public assembly must meet all New York State Vehicle & Traffic Rules & Regulations, including valid registration, current insurance coverage, current NYS Inspection, and the vehicle must be operated by a driver licensed to operate the type of motor vehicle involved. Proof of this requirement must be available for all vehicles and all drivers at the time of the event and must be produced if a Police Officer so requests. Any motor vehicle or driver who does not have such proof on the day of the event will not be allowed to participate in the event.
